Return Policy

You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Procedure:
If your product was damaged during transit or has missing parts in an unlikely event, send us an email at ozmotogear@gmail.com with your order ID, name, and phone number.

Eligibility Criteria:

Your item must be unworn/ unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You have the right to inspect the product as a respected customer. It indicates that you are entitled to inspect the item the same way as you would in a physical store. Gift cards, free gifts with purchases, final sales, and products manufactured under special instructions are all excluded from refund and exchange policies.

Our Shipments & Dispatch Team will examine the returned item for any problems before initiating the refund or replacement process. The decision of OZ MOTOGEAR in this matter will be final. 

After Sale Services:

We are offering our online after-sales services 24/7. You can contact us using our email ozmotogear@gmail.com, and you will get a response within 24 hours. 

Shipping Cost:

You must bear the shipping costs if you wish to return your item. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund, if you get one.

Damages and issues:

Oz Moto Gear reserves the right to refuse to honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent. You will also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase while claiming a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Normal wear and tear, customer carelessness, natural disasters (such as rain and floods), acts of man (such as terrorism, nuclear explosions, etc.), and other circumstances are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

A Warranty for the products against manufacturing defects is offered for a particular time.

Exchanges:

The simplest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and, after the return has been processed and verified, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Order Cancellation:

The order cancellation request only applies within 3 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after the specified time will not be entertained, as our process is relatively fast and we start working on it as soon as the order is placed.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know through email whether the refund was approved. When approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund. The OZ MOTOGEAR team will only cater to refunds, returns, and changes to products purchased from OZ MOTOGEAR.
