Eligibility Criteria:

Your item must be unworn/unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You have the right to inspect the product as a respected customer. This means you can inspect the item just like in a physical store.

Note: Gift cards, free gifts with purchases, final sales, and customized products are excluded from refund and exchange policies.

Our Shipments & Dispatch Team will examine the returned item for any issues before initiating the refund or replacement. The decision of OZ MOTOGEAR will be final.
